Shipping & Delivery

Greenmart ships with UPS from our warehouse in Eschborn, near Frankfurt am Main. We deliver within Germany. You receive a UPS tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Shipping costs

  • €5.90 per order
  • Free shipping on orders with a product value of €100 or more
  • No minimum order value — you can order a single item

The cost is shown in the cart and again at checkout, before you confirm and pay.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in Germany only, including the North Sea and Baltic Sea islands.

Delivery time

We ship with UPS Standard. Orders placed before 12:00 (Berlin time) on a working day are dispatched the same day. Parcels usually arrive one working day after dispatch on the mainland and two working days on the islands. Once you enter your postcode at checkout, the expected delivery date is shown there. UPS does not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

Chilled and frozen products

Orders containing chilled or frozen items, including ice cream, are dispatched on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only, so that no parcel is in transit over the weekend. Orders received before 12:00 on one of these days go out the same day.

  • Insulated box: €5.00, added automatically when your cart contains chilled or frozen items
  • Ice packs: €1.00 each, up to 10 — you choose how many in the cart or at checkout

Please make sure someone can take delivery on the expected day, and refrigerate or freeze the items immediately on arrival — a missed delivery cannot be re-cooled.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. You can also follow your parcel on the order tracking page or in your account.
