All orders are shipped with UPS from our warehouse in Eschborn, near Frankfurt am Main. You receive a UPS tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. See shipping & delivery for details.

Shipping within Germany costs €5.90 per order and is free from €100. We ship with UPS Standard: parcels usually arrive one to two working days after dispatch, and the expected delivery date is shown at checkout once you enter your postcode. We currently deliver within Germany only. Full conditions are on our shipping page.

Yes. We dispatch orders containing chilled or frozen items on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only, so that no parcel is in transit over the weekend. Orders received before 12:00 on a dispatch day go out the same day. They are packed in insulated boxes with cooling elements. Please make sure someone can take delivery on the expected day and refrigerate or freeze the items immediately on arrival — a missed delivery cannot be re-cooled. If you want to check how a specific order will be packed, contact us before ordering. The insulated box costs €5.00 and is added automatically; ice packs are €1.00 each (up to 10) and optional.

Card and Klarna. All prices are in euro (EUR) and are final prices. As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), we do not charge VAT, so no VAT is shown on our prices or invoices.
